- Where the initial purchase of subscription was assisted directly by an eCount Software sales representative.
- Where the initial subscription purchase was assisted by an eCount Software sales channel, refund approval is subject to the sales channel’s consent.
- Any cancellation request for refund after the refund period will not be entertained.
